On the last Friday and Saturday of each month this summer, Habitat for Humanity will offer an opportunity to the community to recycle old non-working appliances and other scrap metal responsibly. Donations are requested for most items: refrigerators $40; washers, dryers, stoves and similar sized items $10; microwave ovens and similar sized items $5 with smaller amounts/ items including aluminum cans being free. Please, no dropping off before or after hours.
